This wonderful piece Is a Frank Hoffman oil on canvas board c.1960.  The front is an appealing image of a cowboy adjusting a saddlebag on an unyielding horse.  It has the light brush marks and painterly style consistent with Hoffman.  It measures approx. 12" height x 16" width, excluding frame.  A small puncture in the lower right of the board has been restored.
